Cloud Distribution offers three (3) levels of support service to Resellers, Channel Partners and End-users under the Cloud Distribution Support Services (CDSS). The following details the services available:

  • GOLD – 8.am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday
  • PLATINUM – 24 hours – 365 days
  • MAINTAIN – The CDSS Maintain range represents a complete suite of maintenance upgrade packages. These can be used to further enhance the CDSS range and guarantees a fiz to your issue within a certain SLA. You can choose the option that would best suit your requirements.
